BankLink uploads electronic copies of your statement information from your bank to your accountant, which enables us to easily code your monthly transactions, which in turn eliminates a lot of manual processing.

BankLink is widely used by Gardiner Reaney to complete GST returns then extract the data to our accounting software in order to prepare your financial statements at the end of the year. We also use BankLink to produce budgets and cash flow profitability reports.

Banklink have a range of solutions available depending on how involved the business owner wants to be, such as:

  • Banklink Books – access to the software as well as us, and you can code transactions yourself
  • Banklink Notes Online – an electronic version of your transactions is sent to you from your accountant, which you can access online – you can make notes against transactions and we do the coding
  • Banklink InvoicePlus – creates invoices and manages debtors
  • Banklink PayablesPlus – pay suppliers and manages creditors

MYOB is a well known accounting software provider offering a wide range of packages to suit small and medium sized businesses, from simple cashbooks to full accounting systems that integrate receivables, payables, inventory, payroll and foreign currency transactions.

MYOB software is available as an online or desktop version. The online options include:

  • MYOB Essentials – the easy online solution – bank feeds uploaded automatically – includes invoicing and payroll options
  • MYOB AccountRight – the same features as MYOB Essentials but also includes inventory, job tracking and management of multiple company accounts (AccountRight Premier). AccountRight can be online or offline

Other MYOB products include:

  • MYOB AccountRight Edge – compatible with Mac and PC operating systems – provides invoicing, job costing and stock management
